As we settle into the new year, it’s important to make your own wellness and self-care a priority. It can be hard to create and achieve a balance between our well-being, goals, visions, work and life in general. At times we can all expect too much of ourselves, but by trying to do it all we end up more stressed and less efficient. Self-care doesn’t have to mean huge lifestyle changes, it can begin with small daily actions, or any activity that makes you feel better while doing it. Below are a few of our favorite ways to slow down, practice personal self-care and work to stay in-tune with your body, and of course our main concern, your honeypot:
- Make vaginal health a priority. Ditch the toxic chemicals in mainstream feminine care products and instead use our wipes, washes and menstrual products to make your honeypot happy.
- Incorporate the use of essential oils into your daily routine. You can use these oils for everything from topical skincare to an aromatherapy diffuser to boost your mood and energy.
- Say NO to PMS, menstrual cramps, back-aches and chemical-filled pain relievers to relieve your symptoms. Reach for some plant-powered herb medicine in a CBD salve or oil to heal yourself naturally.
- Take some time for yourself every day, even if that means only 5-15 minutes to meditate, use a new skincare product or just make your bed, this time can help to make a difference in your mindset throughout the day.
