How To Make A Summer Cocktail | Using Bergamot + Rose

Drunk in love off of our Bergamot Rose formula? Same. Sip on a cocktail inspired by our newest formula with natural bergamot rose and citrus.


  • 1 oz Rose simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg white or aquafaba 3 dashes Grapefruit bitters
  • 3/4 oz Italicus Rosolio Bergamotto
  • 2 oz Gin
  • Ice
  • And if you extra fancy...dried Rose petals or Cucumber ribbon for garnish


  • Add the rose simple syrup, lemon juice, egg white, grapefruit bitters, Italicus Rosolio Bergamotto, and gin to a shaker.
  • Shake for 30-40 seconds.
  • Add in the ice and shake for another 20 seconds.
  • Double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish.
