Providing our community with the tools to connect with self—mind, body & soul.

"This Women's History Month, we're honoring the women who showed up — for their communities, for each other, and for the ones who came before them. Care that closes gaps, advocacy that moves, the work continues."

Reclaiming Wellness was born from our deep desire to offer compassion and care to our community.

Following a beautiful gathering in Los Angeles for Black History Month, our Spring salon comes to New York for Women's History Month, turning its lens toward the way memory lives in the body.

This year, we turned toward artists, writers, and community builders to thoughtfully reimagine what gathering can look like; bringing you education, artistic expression, and shared experience as pathways to wholistic well-being.

For our upcoming community event, we are honored to collaborate with self-taught, multidisciplinary artist Tina Tona, whose visual language reflects the spirit of this work and the communities it serves.
