“I’m deeply honored to share Black History Month with you. I hope this time leaves you feeling more grounded, more whole, and a little lighter.”
At the heart of wellness lies the need for safe, supportive spaces. Historically, Black-owned spaces have been vital sanctuaries—fostering connection, creativity, and healing. Reclaiming Wellness was born from our deep desire to honor that legacy and offer compassion and care to our community.
This year, we turned toward artists, writers, and community builders to thoughtfully reimagine what gathering can look like—bringing you education, artistic expression, and shared experience as pathways to wholistic well-being.
For our upcoming community event, we are honored to collaborate with self-taught, multidisciplinary artist Tina Tona, whose visual language reflects the spirit of this work and the communities it serves.
