For our upcoming community gatherings, we collaborated with self-taught, multidisciplinary artist Tina Tona to create a visual language rooted in memory, care, and connection. Working across mixed-media collage and graphic design, Tina’s practice is deeply informed by heritage, displacement, expression, and pop culture. Through vibrant color, kitschy aesthetics, archival imagery, and rich texture, her work alchemizes the visual culture of marginalized identities. Transforming fragments of the past into something present, and alive.

For this collaboration, Tina draws from ephemera found in vintage Black magazines, delicate floral forms, and nods to the ancestors who shaped the creative renaissance of the 1920s and 1930s. The result reflects the heart of Reclaiming Wellness: honoring where we come from while creating space to move forward with intention.
These unique visuals will accompany our gatherings over the coming months. Serving as both an invitation to reflect and a reminder of the moment we’re living in.
