How to use

  • Wash your hands with soap and water before handling the tampon
  • Wash your hands before and after removing the tampon Relax your muscles and gently pull the string downward and forward

ATTENTION: The risk of getting Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) increases with higher absorbency. You can reduce the risk of TSS by using the minimum absorbency that meets your needs

  • standing with one foot on a stable surface
  • squatting

Make sure the string is hanging outside the tampon before insertion

Find the vaginal opening & insert the tampon

Hold the applicator where the wider outer tube meets the smaller inner tube Gently insert the rounded tip into your vagina at a slight angle toward your lower back until your fingers touch your body Push the inner tube all the way in, then remove both tubes, leaving only the string outside

If the tampon feels uncomfortable, it may not be inserted far enough Remove it and insert a new tampon if needed

Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours
