Intimate Self Care: Vaginal Rituals
A face mask, yoga, meditation or even just a morning cup of coffee, we all have our everyday rituals that help to make life a little easier and are a way to take better care of yourself. While your overall health does affect your honeypot health, we put together a few easy feminine rituals (we know you don’t have time for a 12-step vaginal care routine) to incorporate into your down-there hygiene feminine self care.
- Let your honeypot breathe! Sleep sans underwear, and wear cotton undies during the day. Sorry, but those lacy thongs are not your friend when you’re trying to create a balanced vaginal pH. Instead stock up on breathable and lightweight natural cotton underwear.
